The Best Online Business Needs A Plan To Succeed

Planning
- Write it down, make it specific and give it a deadline.
- You must look at it every day.
- You understand and pay the price.
- You must have a plan to start and get started.
Something that has helped me over the past is to create a SWOT analysis. It is a brainstorming time were you write down the:
- Strengths
- Weaknesses
- Opportunity’s
- Threats
Strengths
In your online business once you have identified the above you will be able to plan your next objectives. You will always build on your strengths, on the things you love doing and maximize your returns on theses.
Weaknesses
Most weaknesses can be overcome by doing some training or self development, or by employing someone that is skilled in that area. Be aware of what they are and manage them, never ignore them
Opportunity’s
In order to expand any business you need to clearly identify new opportunities and find a way to tap into them. If you can find a niche market to advertise in, or to market too you will enjoy success online.
Threats
In a home business your environment could be a threat, TV, phone, emails, just browsing around the internet and achieving nothing, not committing enough time, these could all be threats to your success. Finances, plan your cash flow and keep track of your expenses. A Google slap could be a threat, so make sure you understand their policy’s and stay within their guide lines. Make an office were these threats can be reduced and you can stay focused on your goals. Keep you workspace, computer and office space tidy.
A plan does not need to be elaborate, but it does need to be written down and started on. Write down your goals for each day each week and each month, remember to review and adjust your plan often like the space shuttle that keeps going off course (errors) and keeps on course by making thousands of adjustments.
“Once you have laid out your plan for success you need to keep focused on it. Your subconscious is by far the biggest distraction you have. Remember when your goals clearly set and kept in front of you each day your life will suddenly rearrange itself, a series of events starts in motion that you could never have predicted or planned to get you there.” The Slight Edge” easy to do and easy not to. Know the price and pay it.
Remember everything you do every desicion you make is either building your own dream or someone else’s dream.

People around you are so good at being negative, the will tell you that that will never work, they are even better at reminding when you do occasionally fail that they told you so. What if you believed that when you were learning to walk, what if you just gave up after the tenth time you fell, or the twentieth time, the truth is you only fail when you choose to give up. A man can fail as many times as he likes but he is not a failure until he begins to blame someone else. Life is like a conveyor belt the minute you stop you are going backwards moving forward requires effort.
People on the road to success always take full responsibility for who they are , were they are, and everything that happens to them.
For things to change you’ve got to change, for things to get better you’ve got to get better , easy to do and easy not to do.
Obstacles can’t steal your dream without your permission. Obstacles are inevitable; quitting is optional! it is a choice sure there are times when you feel like quitting we all do, that’s when its really important to connect with like minded people that will encourage you not to quit, when the going gets tough. When training for my 87 Km marathon I had two or three other running buddies and when one felt like giving up the others would make sure they didn’t that’s what like minded people do. Individual success is possible for some but the celebration of a team success is even better.

The truth is that we all have talents and ability’s that we can start with it may not seem like much, just like the story of the penny, the important thing to remember is to start. Don’t be a fool and wait for your ship to come in. Start now what are you waiting for?
The truth is once you choose to start with what you have, an amazing thing takes place and you begin to understand that if you keep on nurturing what you have it will begin to grow and the compound effect of your efforts will result in a huge success in all areas of your life.

Winners Persist Until They Succeed

Jeff Olsen talks about two frogs that end up in a dish of cream, at first they enjoy the taste of the cream, but once fill they realize the predicament that they find themselves in. If they stop swimming they will drowned. One eventually gives up and drowns, the other continues to swim and survives.
The question is, was one lucky or was one unlucky? When you find your self in a difficult situation and begin to think that there is no way out you need to keep on until you miracle arrives. There are times when things go wrong in life, are you just going to give up and quit?
Eventually just as the second frog was running out of energy he found that the cream had turned to butter and he was able to hope on out.

You Can Have Financial Results If You Apply The Water Hyacinth Formula

Be like the Water Hyacinth it is a beautiful and delicate plant its goal is to cover a pond in thirty days. In the beginning it does not focus on the primary goal but rather completing one task each day that will get it to its final goal. It doubles it self each day so after the first day there are two and after the second day there are four and so on. on day fifteen it will cover a single square foot(30×30cm), on the twentieth day about the size of a mattress, the twenty ninth day abut a half and on the thirtieth day it will be covered, mission complete.
It is the same in your online business, investment or tackling a large task in the beginning it may seem almost impossible . Rule one start and as you get one task done start to double your efforts even after a week you may not see much return for your effort, half way to your deadline and you will probably feel terrible if you compare the result for all the effort, 1 day to go and you seemed to only achieved half of your goal one day to go and only half way, this is the time when most people give up and walk away, but don,t your are on the brink of success. Remember winners only win when they cross the line.
There was a race called The Comrades Marathon a 90 km race run between Durban and Pietermaritzberg each year. We would often go and sit on the side of the road and cheer runners on, the race had an eleven hour cut off and the most emotional time was the last sixty seconds of the race, people had done months of training the had pitched up run and overcome all the most difficult obstacles, they had arrived at the stadium they could see the finish line, but there legs and mind were starting to think it was impossible, people screaming some would persevere on and collapse over the line, would only got your medal if you crossed the line. Some were just short of the line no medal no glory, don’t quit when you are at the edge of success.

Why are some people so successful in life and others just seem to struggle?

We live in a world were there are so many people rushing around.
